We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. You've done really well with the shading on the water, great job with reflecting the light like that. You could do a little more work on the tree reflections though, they all seem to be the same shade, no highlights or shadows on them. Maybe it's just because the picture is small, but I'm not seeing the reflection of the leafless tree at all.
The overall set-up of the piece is lovely. So this is a very nice composition.
